Pregătirea:

Hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut off the top from the blunt end

(to the yolk), take out the yolk. Mushrooms finely chopped, mixed with

sour cream and pounded yolks (the yolks from two eggs are left on

decoration), and eggs are stuffed with this mixture.

You can arrange stuffed eggs in the form of mushrooms with various

hats: brownish – boiled protein with onion peel, red –

a slice of tomato, covered with dots of mayonnaise.

Eggs are placed on a small plate with the cut side down, on the sharp end.

put on a hat, sprinkle the bottom of the plate with finely chopped greens, and

top – mashed yolk.
