Descriere externă

The fruit body of the collected entoloma (Entoloma conferendum) consists of a cap, stem, lamellar hymenophore.

The diameter of the mushroom cap varies in the range of 2.3-5 cm. In young fruiting bodies, its shape is characterized as spherical or conical, but gradually opens up to convex-prostrate or simply convex. In its central part, you can sometimes see a weak tubercle. The cap is hygrophanous, has a red-brown or grayish-brown color, most often it is shiny and dark, in the center it can sometimes be covered with small scales, thin fibers. In immature fruiting bodies, the edges of the cap are turned up.

The lamellar hymenophore consists of frequently arranged plates that practically do not come into contact with the surface of the stem. In young mushrooms, the plates are white, gradually becoming pinkish, and in old mushrooms they become pinkish-brown.

The length of the stem of the collected entoloma varies between 2.5-8 cm, and the thickness can reach 0.2-0.7 cm. Its surface is covered with clearly visible gray stripes. The fungus collected by entol (Entoloma conferendum) does not have a cap ring.

The color of the spore powder is pink. It consists of spores with dimensions of 8-14*7-13 microns. most often they have an angular shape, but in general they can take any format.
