The Indian company Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates presented the most expensive sweets in the world – truffles worth $ 6221 per kilogram.
The most expensive sweets are called Trinity, because the three sweets symbolize the cycle of human life: birth, upbringing and destruction. Moreover, each candy is named after the main gods of Hinduism.
This staggering value is due to the composition of the sweets, which includes very rare ingredients – coffee from the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, vanilla beans from Tahiti, white chocolate from Belgium and hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy.
The French chef Philippe Conticini, who is the owner of a Michelin star, took part in the creation of the sweets.
The chocolates will be released in a limited edition in a handmade wooden box. The box will contain 15 truffles weighing about 15 g. The cost of a set of sweets will be about $ 1400. this record has already been recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.
