Changes in different regions of the country will be different. Most of all prices will rise in Moscow – by 7%. In the Moscow region – by 4%. For residents of St. Petersburg, the increase in tariffs will be 6%. A less noticeable increase in the cost of utilities awaits residents of North Ossetia – 2,5%.

The price in the capital from July 1 looks like this: heating – 1747,47 rubles. (now 1006,04 rubles / Gcal), hot water – 180,55 rubles / cubic meter. m. (now 163,24), cold water – 35,40 rubles / cubic meter. m (now 33,03), water disposal – 25,12 rubles / cubic meter. m (now 23,43), gas – 6,40 rubles. (now 6,21). Please note that prices may vary slightly depending on the service provider.

There is good news, too. From July 1, the appetites of management companies will be curbed. In each region, new standards for the consumption of communal resources for general household needs will begin to operate – their own everywhere. The size of the rent directly depends on these standards. What does it mean? It’s simple. Utilities are not entitled to issue an invoice that exceeds the norm. Even if the house spends 120 cubic meters of water for general house needs in a month, and according to the standard it is supposed to be 100 cubic meters, the management company must pay the difference from its own funds.

A convenient online service now operates in Moscow. Having received the receipt, you can check the correctness of the calculations using the utility bills calculator. Look for it on the website depr.mos.ru. Please note that the calculation does not take into account subsidies, benefits, penalties, refund of overpayment for the previous period. To use the service, go to the website and click on the “Calculator of utility bills” box. Two blocks will open – one will allow you to go to calculations, and the other will offer you to see certificates of payment for housing and communal services. Use this option, especially if you do not know how to read the receipt sent by utilities. There are also recommendations in this block to help save energy and water. When you go to the calculator, fill in the address of the apartment and any additional information. Compare the final figure with the one on the receipt to be paid.

In case of doubt about the correctness of the amounts indicated in the payment, you should first contact your management company. If the dispute is not resolved, you should send a complaint through the electronic reception of the Moscow Housing Inspectorate or by mail: 129090, Moscow, Prospect Mira, 19. In the appeal, you must indicate the exact address and in detail, without emotion, convey the essence of the claim. Copies of disputed payments must be attached to the application. The complaint will be checked. More often than not, overpayment is associated with the “forgetfulness” of utilities. In the spring, they do not always stop charging for heating on time (in most houses, in warm weather, they do not issue bills for heating). Please note that management companies that send incorrect invoices to residents are now fined. If an overpayment is identified, the amount will not be refunded. Recalculation is made for the next period.

From July 1, the cost of travel on electric trains will increase. The price of a single ticket within the boundaries of old Moscow will be 34 rubles. (previously 32 rubles), and trips outside the city, where distances are divided into zones, will rise in price to 22 rubles. (old price – 20,50 rubles) for each zone.

By the way, it is possible to increase the state duty for obtaining a new passport. Now you have to pay 3,5 thousand for registration. It is expected that from July 1 the amount will grow to 5 thousand rubles. It is planned to increase the state duty for the issuance of driver’s licenses. It will increase from the current 2 thousand rubles. up to 3 thousand rubles.
