Who is eligible for IVF under compulsory medical insurance
– any woman diagnosed with infertility (any factor);

A woman can apply for the procedure, regardless of marital status, whether she is married, in a relationship where a man is ready to become a father of a child, or without a partner using donor sperm.
Who can be denied the procedure

– during treatment, you will have to use donor embryos or surrogacy;
– hereditary diseases have been diagnosed, but in this case it is possible to count on a quota if you pay only for genetic diagnostics.
How to get an IVF referral
First, you need to contact your antenatal clinic and undergo an examination to establish a diagnosis. Then apply for a quota to the “City Center for the Treatment of Infertility”. When the commission makes a decision, you will need to choose from the list the clinic where you want to carry out IVF. By the way, in the application for the Commission, you can ask to immediately refer you to a specific medical institution. Please note that the availability of seats depends on the allocated space. It is better to receive a referral at the beginning of the year, secure a place for yourself, and undergo IVF within a year.
If the IVF attempt is unsuccessful, you can get a referral again, but no more than two per year.
After you receive the documents in the antenatal clinic, call the chosen clinic, many began to independently decide on the quota, bypassing the “City Center for Infertility Treatment”.
Do not delay the procedure, after 35 years in women, the ovarian reserve is actively decreasing, which can lead to a refusal in the quota.
