It’s no secret that at the beginning of winter the protective functions of the body weaken. Low air temperatures, lack of sun and “heavy” diet negatively affect the immune system of all family members. As a result, colds become “normal”. Avoid the risk of a runny nose, cough and feeling unwell with simple guidelines that you should follow every day.
