  • Eat mangoes, papayas, sweet potatoes and carrots, which are rich in vitamin A, as is cod liver oil. Thanks to this, you will strengthen your hair, restore shine and stimulate the metabolism of horny cells of their matrix. Deficiencies of this vitamin lead to dryness and loss of villi.
  • Try a sauna for your hair. In addition to the fact that it emphasizes the elasticity of curls, it increases hydration and elasticity. The hairdresser starts the treatment by washing the head.
