1. Cleansing elixir

There are several humane ways to get rid of toxins on your own. Try a detox course using cleansing elixir.

Add to a glass of warm water:

  • 1 tbsp. l. ground coffee
  • 1 bar of 50% dark chocolate

Before the procedure, cleanse the body with a scrub (you can use regular sea salt or coffee grounds) – this will improve blood circulation in the tissues. Pour cream into a saucepan, add a spoonful of coffee and grated chocolate.

When it melts completely, the mixture is ready. Apply it on the body (it is convenient to do this with a wide, not too hard brush), wrap problem areas with cling film and lie down for 40 minutes under a warm blanket. Then take a contrast shower and apply a nourishing cream or slimming cream to your body.

3. Massage movements

The result largely depends not only on what you use, but also on how you apply the product. Here are some simple self-massage techniques:

  • start applying the cream from the ankle joint, moving along the lower leg, grasping the thigh and buttocks
  • actively knead the skin strictly from the bottom up to the abdominal area
  • squeeze a fold of skin along the thigh with both hands and try, without interruption, to roll it, moving up
  • massage the buttocks and abdomen in a circular motion

Each zone should be given 5-7 minutes. To achieve the maximum effect, it is required to carry out 12-14 procedures in the “intensive” mode, and then switch to a supporting course – 2 times a week.
