Missed the new training Kate Friedrich? Then we present you one of the last complexes of the famous coach — XTrain with which you will be able to work on individual problem areas, to bring the muscles in tone and to get rid of excess fat.

Program description XTrain from Kate Frederick

XTrain is a complex of effective lessons that will help you to improve the quality of the body and reduce the percentage of body fat. Kate Friedrich offers a variety of load for all muscles of the upper and lower body. You will use all possible home inventory (except rod), to efficiently work out all the problem areas. Kate’s low impact and uses impact, strength and aerobic, functional and plyometric exercises, forcing you to work to the limit of their capabilities.

1. Super Bucăți (45 minutes): intense aerobic-strength training for the whole body. You’ll alternate power segments with dumbbells and it’s low impact cardio session (dumbbells, chest expander, chest expander, plates to gliding).

4. Chest, Back & Shoulders (51 minutes): dynamic strength training for the chest, back and shoulders (dumbbells, exercise ball, grip).

5. Bi’s & Tri’s (45 minutes): dynamic strength training for biceps and triceps (dumbbell, fitball, expander).

6. Arde Seturi Cufăr, Back & umerii (50 minutes): strength training for the chest, back and shoulders with heavier weight. For each group of muscles assumes a separate round for 13 minutes (dumbbells, step platform, expander).

7. Burn Sets Bi’s & Tri’s (37 minutes): strength training for biceps and triceps with heavier weight. For each group of muscles assumes a separate round for 13 minutes (dumbbells, step platform, expander).

8. Hard Strikes (46 minutes): the first 30 minutes you will be an intensive cardio based on the elements of martial arts, then 10 minutes of exercises with dumbbells to tone the muscles (gantere).

9. All Out Low Impact HiiT (38 minutes): the interval’s low impact cardio workout. First round (13 minutes) – with a dumbbell and the weight of his own body. Second round (11 minutes) – with step. Third round (5 minutes) – plans to gliding (dumbbells, step platform, plates to gliding).

10. Tabatacise (45 min): TABATA interval training to burn large amounts of calories and fat. You are waited for by 5 intense rounds of TABATA (step-platform).

To perform the study you require additional inventory, as in many programs Kate Frederick. Please note, it is desirable to have several pairs of dumbbells of different weights. The video indicates which weight used by the coach in a specific activity, but you can experiment to find the right weight dumbbells, based on their capabilities.
