He fusses, cannot calm down, relax and, as a result, again cannot work with full dedication of strength. So, let’s start learning to relax.

Being lazy with taste and pleasure is an art. The territory for laziness can be any — the main thing is that it be personally yours. Such a small state where you can escape from worries.

It can be your favorite armchair, sofa, bed, TV rug or a stool in the corner of the kitchen table. It is only necessary that you feel comfortable there, that there is somewhere to put your favorite, familiar things: put a cup, put a magazine. And although the bed is still a place to sleep, you can sometimes make a kind of cozy nest there. Have breakfast, lie down, read, gnaw on English cookies …

But the classic place for laziness is, of course, the sofa. And he should be like you. Arrange it according to your own ideas of comfort and coziness. At the same time, remember about pillows, because a pillow is a whole “culture”, a fashionable trend in design and just a comfortable and beautiful thing.

Decorative pillowcases for sofa cushions can be anything: bright or pastel colors, patchwork, knitted, velvet, canvas, tapestry (the main thing is that you should be pleased to touch them). With tassels, cords, heart shapes, maple and oak leaves…

The stores are full of ready-made pillows, as well as fabrics and accessories in order to make pillowcases yourself. Do it once — you will rest for a long time. There should be plenty of pillows on the sofa. According to your taste, of course, but, in any case, more than two. After all, if you are lazy for the benefit of your business, then you need to lie down with pillows, firstly, under your head, and secondly, under your feet. The legs must be raised, only then they fully rest.

Some of the pillows can be replaced with soft toys. Bears, dogs and other animals are pleasant to touch, hold in hands, stroke not only for children. Let you have your own, really soft toy that you can put under your head, under your arms, under your knees, which will help you relax.

By the way, women are increasingly coming to toy stores who buy dolls, plush pigs, funny dishes and other things not for children, but for themselves. And they are absolutely right.

Special attention deserves a horizontal surface, which should be placed directly next to the sofa or armchair. It can be a small table (for example, mobile), a tray or even a small wooden chair.

The easiest and cheapest way to arrange your own territory is to take an ordinary wooden bench, paint it the way you want, put a beautiful cup on it, a plate with sliced ​​​​orange, apple, sweets, cookies and sit down to watch your favorite series or lecture on the history of the Middle Ages. Or reading a book or magazine.

You can carry this bench or a table for rest with you around the apartment. The main thing is that, even sitting on the floor (on a rug, pillow), you feel at home, safe. Where you can and should relax.

During busy work hours, remember how at home your sofa, blanket, box of chocolates under the pillow and a cup of coffee are waiting for you at home. And then the most difficult day will pass not only faster, but also more efficiently.
