New culinary trend – printed dessert

Technological advances have led us to 3D printing. Cooks have also found a way to use the printer for their own purposes. Experiments of culinary experts have touched desserts – a chocolate 3D printer prints perfectly symmetrical tasty and unusual sweets.

It all started with the Food Ink restaurant, where they first began to cook food using 3D printing. The chefs of the establishment load pasty ingredients into the By Flow device, which looks like an automated pastry syringe, and print their masterpieces.

The new gastronomic trend was showcased at a 3D printer conference in the Netherlands.

By Flow says the printer can also create fruity versions of dishes that are similar in consistency to marzipan. During the preparation process, you can freely use the ingredients, add vitamins and minerals prescribed by your doctor. That is, the desserts are not only tasty, but also healthy.
