Plăcinte cu ciuperci și orez

Aluat:

  • 800 de grame de făină;
  • 50 grams of fresh yeast;
  • 300 grams of margarine;
  • 0,6 litri de lapte;
  • Sare si zahar dupa gust;
  • 4 gălbenuș;
  • 40 grams of butter and vegetable oil for baking.

  • 200 grams of dried or 400 grams of fresh mushrooms;
  • 2 becuri
  • 4 linguri margarina
  • 100 de grame de orez fiert
  • Piper și sare după gust

First you need to knead the dough using the ingredients described above. After that, it is covered with a napkin, and placed in a warm place for the purpose of fermentation. After raising the dough, it must be kneaded, wait until it rises a second time, and knead again.

In the case of using dry mushrooms, they must be thoroughly washed, then poured with water, and let it brew for about one and a half to two hours. After that, they are boiled and passed through a meat grinder. At the same time, the onion is peeled, washed, finely chopped, and fried quite a bit. Then vegetable oil is added to the pan, and the whole mixture is fried for 3-5 minutes. Mushrooms with onions are cooled, the rest of the ingredients are added to them, all this is mixed.

After that, the dough is cut into pieces, which are subsequently rolled into thin cakes. About two tablespoons of the resulting filling are laid out in the middle of such a cake. The edges of the cake are pinched, and the middle remains open. After that, the resulting pie is laid out on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil, and allowed to stand for 15 minutes.

When the pie is infused, it is smeared with yolk on top, and baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. After cooking, they are smeared with butter.
