In this short tutorial, we will continue the topic of tracking revisions in Excel workbooks. And today we will talk about how to review corrections made by other users, as well as how to completely remove them from a Microsoft Excel document.
In fact, all corrections are advisory in nature. They must be accepted for them to take effect. In turn, the author of the book may not agree with some corrections and reject them.
What you need to review revisions
- Apăsați comanda corecție fila revizuirea and select from the dropdown menu Acceptați / respingeți modificările.
- If prompted, click OKto save the book.
- Make sure that in the dialog box that appears Reviewing fixes verificat cu timpul and selected option Not viewed yet… Apoi apăsați OK.
- In the next dialog box, click the buttons Accept or tăgădui for each specific revision in the workbook. The program will automatically move from one correction to another until all of them have been reviewed to the end.
To accept or reject all revisions at once, click Acceptă toate or Rejection of all in the corresponding dialog box.
How to turn off patch tracking mode
Whether revisions are accepted or rejected, they can still be tracked in the Excel workbook. To completely remove them, you must turn off patch tracking. For this:
- În fila Avansat revizuirea apăsați comanda corecție and select from the dropdown menu Evidențiați corecțiile.
- In the dialog box that appears, uncheck Remedieri de urmărire și apăsați OK.
- In the next dialog box, click Da to confirm that you want to turn off revision tracking and stop sharing the Excel workbook.
After turning off revision tracking, all changes will be removed from the workbook. You won’t be able to view, accept or reject changes, other than that all changes will be automatically accepted. Be sure to review all revisions in an Excel workbook before disabling revision tracking.
