  • First of all, these mushrooms are sorted out from forest debris: the remnants of blades of grass and foliage are removed from the hats, the lower part of the stem is cut off and washed with running water.
  • In case of severe contamination, they are washed in plenty of water.
  • Pour in a new portion of cold water and leave for 6-8 hours so that all the worms and sand come out of the plates.
  • Mushrooms are taken out with a slotted spoon and laid out on a sieve to drain.

What else should be done with rows to prepare for further use? Fruiting bodies, in order to remove bitterness from them, must be boiled.

  • Boil water in an enamel pan and pour in vinegar (1 tbsp of vinegar is required for 1 liter of water).
  • Put the peeled rows in boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the water, pour a new portion (with vinegar) and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Peel the onion, cut it into 2 parts and throw it to the mushrooms.
  • Boil for 10 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse with cold running water.

  • 1 kg pe rând fiert;

  • 700 g boiled rows;
  • 200 g de vermicelli fine;
  • 2 tbsp. l. bread crumbs;
  • 100 ml butter;
  • 2 becuri;
  • Sarat la gust;
  • 1 linguriță piper negru măcinat;
  • 150 ml smantana;
  • 3 ouă;
  • Mărar și/sau pătrunjel.
  1. Cut the boiled rows into slices and fry until golden brown in butter.
